Formula 1 turns the Las Vegas Strip into a night-racing destination from November 19–21, 2026. The smartest hotel choice is usually the one that minimizes movement after sessions rather than the one with the biggest resort footprint.
The race weekend
The weekend runs Thursday through Saturday, ending with Saturday night’s Grand Prix. Expect road closures, security zones and heavy pedestrian movement around the Strip.
Where to stay
Mid-Strip hotels around Bellagio and Caesars provide the best balance of circuit proximity and access to restaurants. Downtown can offer better value but adds transport time.
Beyond the race
Bellagio Fountains, Sphere, Venetian canals, High Roller and Fremont Street all work as easy add-ons. Red Rock Canyon and Hoover Dam are separate day trips.
